How we begin

Our Story

Mubiplas Trading Sdn. Bhd. was founded in 11 May 2002 by entrepreneurs who were committed to provide the highest quality of products, prompt delivery and most importantly, believed in upholding the integrity in the market. It was established in the beginning as a trading company and as an agent for various products.

We had begin our operation as a plastics manufacturer on July 2006 and the company was changed to Mubiplas Industries Sdn. Bhd. (MUBI). Our factory was formerly located in Kawasan Perindustrian IKS, Mukim Batu, Kuala Lumpur, which is now Mubi’s head office.

Today’s competitive marketplace rewards companies which set no limit on the ability to deliver excellence. In order to keep up with the company’s growth, the director planned for a drastic change in its operations by investing on the new plastic factory, located in Kawasan Perindustrian Jakar 3, Kemaman, Terengganu.

A robust health, safety and environmental agenda

We go all out to provide a safe and healthy environment for all our employees, suppliers and visitors to our work sites, while ensuring continual health, safety and environmental (HSE) improvement are undertake wherever possible. SAFETY FIRST, sump up our commitment to upholding safety as a top priority at all our work locations.

While traditional plastic take 500 years to degrade, MUBI proposed to use OXO-biodegradable material as a greener alternative for clients.

The OXO-biodegradable material is completely broken down into the residual products of the biodegradation process. As micro-organisms consume the degraded plastic, carbon dioxide, water and biomass are produced and the plastic may be returned to nature by way of the biocycle.
